Saviour School
34 % of schools lack decent toilets. This affects the learning capability of the students negatively. For example, menstruating girls are sometimes forced to stay home, and many students release themselves outside. That is why The Good Roll Foundation builds toilets for schools in need!
Saviour school, located in Ghana, educates 627 pupils and employs 28 teachers.
We are currently teaming up with WASHKing, so that local artisans can build 10 environmentally friendly biodigester toilets, using regionally available products, for the pupils and teachers to use. We have just started construction. For the students, especially for the girls, it makes a big difference in the quality of their education if they have restrooms available.
