Yahyay Ibrahim
Globally 2.3 billion people don't have a decent toilet of their own. This affects their health in multiple ways, for example by causing children under 5 to die every 2 minutes from diarrhea created by these circumstances. That is why The Good Roll Foundation builds toilet units for communities in need!
Yahyay Ibrahim community, located in Ghana, counts 1500 residents.
The Good Roll Foundation provided them with 20 public toilets and handwashing facilities including disinfectant soap. Especially in these times of corona, hygiene is super important and disinfectant soap is hard to come by. The facility is being managed by a franchiser, to make sure it is being maintained well, and is sustainable for the community.
